Your guests may be in the space between 8 AM and midnight. (All guests must be out of the space by midnight without exception.)
Event setup may begin as early as 7 AM
Event break-down must be complete by 2 AM

14 days cancellation notice: 30% refund
Less than 14 days notice: No refund

Amplified music and sound are allowed, however the volume must be moderated so as not to disturb our neighbors. If your music is too loud, the NYDP may shut down your event. You are responsible for your volume level. The space is equipped with four (4) QSC K.12 powered speakers which you may connect your music to.

External catering and staffing are permitted. We can also recommend preferred vendors upon request.
Alcohol is allowed with the presence of a licensed bartender and proof of event license (your caterer can arrange the event license)

Decor Guidelines: No nails, screws, staples, or adhesives that may damage surfaces. Use of confetti or glitter is strictly prohibited.
Furniture Movement: Furniture can be rearranged with prior approval. Please return items to their original positions post-event.

You are expected to collect all trash and place it in designated bins in front of building before leaving
Leftover Items: Any items left behind will be disposed of after 24 hours unless prior arrangements are made.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Illegal drugs or substances are not allowed on the property.
No open flames /candles, pyrotechnics or smoke machines are permitted without prior written consent. Flameless candles only

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their event. Costs will be assessed and charged accordingly.
Insurance Requirements: For certain events, proof of event insurance may be required. Please inquire during the booking process.

On-Site Staff: A venue manager will be present during events to assist and ensure compliance with house rules.
Security Personnel: Events with over 30 guests require a door person ($50/hour surcharge)
